Community pool/spa and fitness center closely located. Here you’ll find two shopping centers within 2.6 miles. There are also five parks within 7.9 miles, including Santa Monica Pier Aquarium, Ballona Creek Trail - Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve Access, and Santa Monica State Beach. We moved in 2 months ago and unfortunately experienced nothing but problems. Similarly, the designated pet areas are not well-kept. The building is full of irresponsible dog owners and tenets that take others's packages.

There are party every 6 weeks here that have free food and drink, so it gives me some time for me to hang out with my friends. There are a ton of places to get homework and projects done, there's even a business center with computers and a printer. The neighborhood is great, sometimes I let my children go out and get food. It is 5 minutes from the beach so we go surfing all the time. I lived here for 5 years until I had to move away for a job.
